This Shipping Policy describes how Without Screws (“we”) will endeavour to deliver an order you have purchased with us. Please also see our return and refund policy for information on returns, exchanges and warranty.

 

Countries where we deliver

Via this web site, we deliver in the United Kingdom, the European Union and these countries: Andorra, Canada, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland and the USA. All orders are delivered from our warehouse in England.

 

Deliveries to the United Kingdom

We currently deliver for free in the United Kingdom.

We normally process your order within one business day. Using a carrier with tracked service, we aim to deliver within 3-5 business days (5 for Northern Ireland). Our carrier and service are currently UPS Standard. We will email you a tracking number.

 

Deliveries to the European Union

We currently deliver for free in the European Union.

We normally process your order within one business day. Using a carrier with tracked service, we aim to deliver within 6 business days. Our carrier and service are currently UPS Standard. We will email you a tracking number.

 

Deliveries to Andorra, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino and Switzerland

We currently deliver for free in Andorra, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino and Switzerland.

We normally process your order within one business day. Using a carrier with tracked service, we aim to deliver within 7 business days. Our carrier and service are currently UPS Standard. We will email you a tracking number.

 

Deliveries to Canada and the USA

We currently deliver for free in Canada and the USA.

We normally process your order within one business day. Using a carrier with tracked service, we aim to deliver within 10 business days. Our carrier and service are currently UPS Standard. We will email you a tracking number.

Customs duties and taxes

For sales within the UK, value-added tax (VAT) is included in the price.

For sales outside the UK, customs duties and taxes are generally included in the price. We do our best to collect them through our delivery company. In some cases we may not be able to collect all duties and taxes, and you may be charged an additional amount upon delivery.

 

Digital product sales

We do not currently sell digital (downloadable) products.
